發送測試 Webhook

需要 Workspace Management Token (mt-...)，請至 Dashboard > API > Management Tokens 建立。請發送 Authorization: Bearer mt-....。不接受 Inference API keys (sk-...) 和 webhook 簽章密鑰 (whsec_...)。僅可存取該 token 所屬的 workspace。透過相同的簽章傳送路徑發送 webhook.test。HTTP 200 表示已持久化嘗試；請檢查 outcome 和 http_status 以確定接收端是否成功。測試前請先恢復已暫停的端點。
