Balance and refund rules
Your balance never expires. Funds are added immediately after successful payment; once delivered or used, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

- Every request is metered and deducted from your prepaid balance at the rate shown for the selected model. Each model in the catalog lists its input and output price inline.
- Does my balance expire?
- No. It stays in your account until you spend it.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Major payment methods, all charged in USD. The billing console lists what is available in your region.
- Is there a subscription or monthly minimum?
- No. TokenLab is pay-as-you-go: top up when you need to and spend your balance at your own pace.
